1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
- Certain items (e.g., personal care products, perishables, or customized items) are non-returnable.
2. Return Process

- Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back to our provided address (return shipping costs may apply).
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 15 days after the returned item is inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for defective/damaged items.

5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
